Powder Coating Booths & Ovens

Joy Filters inc. offers it's powder coating bag filters with and without headers.  The header version works well with side access filter banks.  Were the self sealing bags work best with individual filter sections.  The provide a gasket on all 4 corners and by-pass is essentially eliminated

Dust collection cartridges are offered with three different media types.

Our Cellu-Life is made with a combination of cellulose fibers, flame retardant additives are available.  

bullet

Enduro-Life is made with a cellulose and synthetic fiber blends of 80/20 or 85/15,  flame retardant additives are available.

bullet

Bonda-Life is built with 100% calendered polyester offering excellent durability and moisture resistance.  Bonda-Life is a washable material.

Please let us quote you today.  Let us know the outside diameter, inside diameter, height, and what type of ends your cartridge is utilizing.  Is it open on both ends, open/closed, does the closed end have a bolt hole in it, do the ends have gaskets on them?
