Our Paint Booth Cleaning process is as good as it looks.

We perform the following:

Removal of all filters
Pressure washing of exhaust duct, weather head, fan blades, dampers, floor grates, exhaust pit
Pressure wash interior walls
Clean all glass
Apply Booth Coat
Install new filters
Inspect, adjust or replace fan drive belts
Adjust booth pressure

To complement our paint booth cleaning service we install the industries finest filtration product available, Viledon. To go with Viledon’s quality intake filter line we support them with industry leading pre filter bags, links or panel filters. Maintaining the pre-filters extends the life of the ceiling filters. To back all that up we install Paint Pockets Exhaust filters to extend the life of your exhaust bag filter. The one complaint we have with the Paint Pockets Exhaust filters is when it’s time to change them they are heavy. That’s because they caught the overspray and didn’t allow it to clog up your duct work or fan blades. Overspray buildup can be a big problem; not only does it slow down the air flow, it also creates a fire hazard.
